The Fare network and SOVA Center for Information and Analysis have published the report "A Changing Picture: Incidents of Discrimination on Russian Football 2015-2017" which comes a year ahead of the World Cup and covers two seasons – 2015/16 and 2016/17.

There were 89 racist and far-right incidents at Russian games in the season of 2016/17, according to our new data.
